1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL


2. REMOVE RADIATOR ASSEMBLY

  1. Remove the radiator assembly (Click here).



3. REMOVE FAN AND GENERATOR V BELT

  1. Remove the fan and generator v belt (Click here).



4. REMOVE GENERATOR ASSEMBLY

  1. Remove the terminal cap.

  1. Remove the nut and disconnect the wire harness from terminal B.

  1. Disconnect the connector and 2 clamps.

  1. Remove the 2 bolts and 2 wire harness brackets.

  1. Remove the 2 bolts and generator assembly.
